Toronto Skincare + Makeup Haul

Toronto Skincare + Makeup Haul

A long time goal of mine has been to branch out and try new brands. I've finally started to use up all of my beauty products, giving me room to purchase new products and brands.

Today I want to share just four new products that I'm so excited to try.

Satin Matte Foundation in Beige 1 // Alima Pure

I love using a powder foundation because it's light and easy to wear. I also prefer matte ones that reduce shine and even my skin tone a bit.

This is a mineral foundation which I haven't used for years, so I'm interested to see how it works on my post-teenage skin. But what I really love about this is that there are only four ingredients.

This was also highly recommended by other bloggers, so I'm really excited to give it a go!

Eyebrow Defining Wax in Sharon // EcoBrow

I have been looking for a natural brow product for months. I'm actually really excited to switch to a wax because it's a little easier to work with. This colour is also totally perfect for me, which is weirdly difficult to find.

This was also recommended by other bloggers, but I do want to say that it isn't vegan. I didn't realize this when I purchased it, so I'm a bit frustrated with myself.

Hydration Serum* // Pure + Simple

I recently attended the Pure + Simple Fresh Canadian Brands event, and it was so much fun! It was my first media even and I was nervous to go but so glad I did. Pure + Simple generously gifted me this Hydration Serum, which I'm so excited about.

I love serums, and I love hydrating products so this is a win win. It's got daisy extract and beet root, ingredients I've never used before, so I'm very excited to try this when the temperature drops.

Organic Rosehip Seed Oil* // Skin Essence

I've wanted to try Skin Essence forever now, and at the Pure + Simple Fresh Canadian Brands event, I finally got a try! They're so dedicated to crafting very high quality products for your skin and body.

This rosehip oil is organic, unrefined, and cold processed. My skin loves rosehip, so I can only imagine how much it's going to love this high quality option.

What products are you looking to try soon?

Until next time,

Sarah
