Okay. Well. Um. No.

If you’re a human over the age of eighteen, you’ve probably heard these a few times. And if you’re a human with any kind or any degree of mental illness, you’ve definitely heard it.

There’s a reason I talk about self care all the time. Because I simply can’t NOT practice self care. I don’t have that option. I have severe, disabling anxiety, and without my frequent hot baths, luxurious skin care rituals, time with my best friend, and a never ending flow of tea, I’d be a mess.

And sometimes, even with all of my rituals, I’m still a mess. A hot mess. But a mess nonetheless.

I met Amy a few years ago, and I immediately noticed her warmth, her kindness, and how eager she was (and is) to collaborate and share her knowledge to help others. Now that she’s using her backgrounds in integrative herbalism, natural products, and marketing to create a brand dedicated to women’s health and wellness, I’m so happy to share some of her innovative products with you.

When she introduced me to the line, she took time out of her day to sit down with me to talk about my health needs so we could match me with supplements that would actually help me in my daily routines.
