Empties #30: Body Care
Balance Bath Salts* / Sattva Pure (Discontinued)
I love using bath products to make baths a really special treatment. I loved using these salts because they're made with healing himalayan salt and lavender oil.
I used a handful of these with a few drops of pure lavender essential oil and a few drops of rosehip oil in each bath to hydrate and nourish my skin. I can't wait to pick up more of these before bath season starts up again!
Soothe Bath Salts* / Sattva Pure (Discontinued)
I loved these salts as well for the same reasons; they're made with healing salts and pure essential oils. No fake fragrances or chemicals! I'll be picking up a jar of these as well.
Cacao + Cookie Body Scrub* / Urban Alchemist
If you follow me on Instagram you'll know I adore this scrub. The scent is unbelievable. It literally smells like cookie dough. I followed this scrub with some cocoa butter for an indulgent, chocolate scented treatment.
Earl Green Body Balm / Urban Alchemist
This is my favourite product from Urban Alchemist. It's got a unique texture and feel that's lighter than a balm, thicker than a lotion, and similar to an oil once applied. The ingredients are great, and I love that there's no coconut oil so I'm not worried about staining my clothes or sheets. I actually wish I could get this in a bigger jar!
Frankincense + Flowers Body Oil* / Meow Meow Tweet
I loved this oil, which says a lot because I'm normally not a fan of body oils. But this one left my skin soft and smooth without a heavy, oily feeling. The oil absorbed quickly leaving my skin nourished but not greasy. The frankincense is great for all kinds of skin issues, and it paired well with the floral essential oils. I couldn't ask for a better body oil!
Top Coat / Mineral Fusion
Now that I'm not working in a coffee shop I love doing my nails. I've quickly used this up and I need to replace it asap. It's an affordable, effective top coat that helps keep my polish in place all week long. It's also vegan!
